A day-long yoga and hiking retreat lead by Bryan Russell.

Living as a true yogin in modern life, 24 hours a day, is a focus of the retreat.

Yogic concepts such as “Living in the present moment,” “Surrendering to what is” and “Power of the Thoughts” will be discussed and practiced and transferred back to home.

Through asana, meditation, pranayama, and control of activity of thoughts, even off the yoga mat during our daily adventure, a state of peace, joy, happiness, and bliss can be reached and the true Self can be realized.

  • 5 mile hike

  • Meet at the Dublin Trail trailhead at 9:00 AM
  • What to Bring:
    • A daypack
    • Yoga mat
    • Water for the day (3 liters)
    • Rain jacket and layers...windy on top.
    • Comfortable hiking boots or running shoes
    • Sunscreen/hat

Directions to the Marlboro Trail:
From Keene take Route 101 East
Turn right onto Route 124, go for about five miles.
Turn left onto Shaker Farm Road South for about 1 mile.
The road becomes dirt and a little narrow.
Park at the trailhead parking lot on the left.
